Corporate management environment has been undergoing a significant change since the 21st century has started. For example, there are increasing competitions among companies both domestic and foreign, due to corporate activities becoming increasingly international together with globalization, environmental issues influenced by climate change and etc., global population increase, currency wars and others.
These sharp changes contain unknown depth to executives in Japan, and dealing with these issues is inevitable because they may cause significant harm to company operation. For this purpose, we believe that a question, “How can we deal or comply with such issues?” is being asked of executives in Japan.
Our organization based on our own management know-how and business models, looks ahead these changes in business surroundings and provides mainly frontier consulting support for structuring corporate strategies, starting new business in foreign markets and others.
Our research center has been established with a focus to be proactive in introducing brokerage business for corporations and consulting for agriculture-related business development. Specifically, such businesses consist of providing information about the realities of the economy, industry and community development to corporations in consideration for investing in developing countries in the region, and providing appropriate consulting support based on results of research investigations. Particularly, our organization has a very good relationship with JCCEA, the Cambodian NGO authorized by the Royal Government of Cambodia, which has been active for many years in Cambodia. And we are gathering information about Cambodia through the NGO and building our own business model based on networking.
